Gooseberry Jam

In Southern California, we didn't know much about the Gooseberry, until the Jam Lady brought in this delectable jam.  They are part of the Currant family. The gooseberry is a juicy fruit and can range from sour to sweet.  The Jam Lady takes special care to get the balance just right.

Ingredients: Gooseberries, Sugar, Pectin, Lemon
